Today morning I had severe cough. Then my mother gave me a cup of green tea which immediately resulted good and my cough stopped. This made me surf about green tea and Im writing this post for U all to know about it

Is there any food or drink having as many benefits as green tea?
I say no!!
The Chinese have been using green tea as medicine for past 4000 years.
It is used to cure everything from headache to depression instantly.

How to prepare Green tea?
The best and effective method to do is
Boil water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Green tea powder per cup. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
Add lemon or sugar to taste. For better results serve hot without milk.

And one more thing is green tea powder is bit costlier compared to normal tea powder.
50 grams of green tea costs 50 rupees, where we get 250 grams of normal tea powder for the same 50 rupees. But Health is priceless.
