Many of you may wonder how twitter has gained that much name and fame within a short span of time after starting and now it is competing with facebook. Starting in 2006 this social networking and micro-blogging service has gained lots of users and now stands as worlds best website.
Twitter enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers.
